The Shinner-IRA definition of peaceful

"This is a peaceful demonstration": that's what the placard-waving, shinner, rent-a-mob, rabble-rouser shouts a number of times in this video. Listen in from about 0:36.

So there you have it, "peaceful" for Shinner-IRA includes forcing entry through a closed set of gates at the front of Government Buildings (or "the Taoiseach building" as the Grauniad quaintly captions it), ignoring the instructions of a Garda who is then forced to use a baton to restrain the mob, and assaulting several Gardaí.

Now we know why the Shinner-IRA "Peace Process" includes knee-cappings, summary "community justice" meted out through beatings, the political use of orchestrated riots, etc. They're all "peaceful" things to do.

The most worrying thing about this is that Sinn-Fein-IRA were able so easily to stage an attention-grabbing event. This is no more than about 30 noisy individuals yet it got onto various media around the world. The danger is that in the absence of leadership from properly democratic and peaceful parties outmoded nationalist rhetoric and ideology will seize an opportunity. That really would be a disaster.
